Lets Work Out

One of my favorite things to do is work out. I started working out for about two years ago and it has been a big help with my physical and mental health. It has been one of my strongest mental health tools. Whether I'm going on my morning walk, lifting weights, or taking a cycling class, movement has helped clear my mind. Think about it, after you had a good work out don't you feel so much better? I do! I feel my mind is at peace. Working out is a great way of saying "I showed up for me today."
